                                                                                     SECTION- 10

Sub sec 10(1) Essential & desirable criteria for college & institute affiliation as decided by council.

Sub sec 10(1) a. for Essential criteria -

Principal room (1), Office(1), Class room with seminar hall [3(also as per requirement], Laboratory(2), Staff room (1), Toilet (3), Hospital (O.P.D. and indoor- 10 bedded),  Dispensary (1).

Sub sec 10(1) b. for desirable criteria-

Common room, Store room, Hostel, Botanical garden, Canteen, Store room, Play ground

Sub sec 10(1) c. i. for affiliation fees (one time)

                            ii. Affiliation fees can be considered as per decision of the council.

Sub sec 10(1) d. The above norms are only for 40 students.

Sub sec 10(1) e. Essential & desirable criteria for college & institute affiliation as decided by council can be changed.

Sub sec 10(2) required documents for application of affiliation

§  Registered Trust Deed/ Society certificate copies/ Memorandum details of Society , Trust or company

§  Resolution of Society, Trust or Company for becoming a Study Centre (to be typed on Letter Head of study centre)

§  Details of infrastructure (attach proof)

§  Photograph of the Institution, Classrooms, Lab, Library, Reception & front view of the Institution. (Minimum photos required 5 copies)

§  Bio data of Study Centre Co-ordinator with documents (Passport size photo, Passport, Voter Id card, Driving License, academic certificates)

§  Bio Data of Faculty Members with copies of their educational certificates and contact details

§  Computer, Printer, Scanner and Internet Connection

§  A reliable Mobile No and Email Id of the Study Centre

§  Signed copy of MOU with nearby recognized school for examination

§  Self-declaration Form (to be typed in Rs.100/- Indian Non-judicial Stamp paper) duly signed by Notary

§  Inspection fee – a non-refundable Fee Rs. 10,000/-

§  Recognition fee – non-refundable fees.

§  All documents must be duly attested with signature and institution seal.
