Documents required for Admission
1. Class XII or Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate or its equivalent Mark Sheet & Pass Certificate. (Photocopy)
2. Class X or Secondary School Certificate & Pass Certificate. (Photocopy)
3. Transfer Certificate of School Leaving Certificate. (Photocopy)
4. Character Certificate from last passing institute. (Photocopy)
5. Migration Certificate. (Original, if required)
6. Provisional / Certificate (For MDEH Course Only)
7. Valid Photo Address Proof / Govt. issued Certificate (Address Proof)
8. Any Photo ID Proof.
9. Domicile Certificate / Certificate of Identification (COI)
10. Declaration
Note: All the above documents need to be verified with the original at the time of admission.
Eligibilty Criteria
Minimum Eligibility Criteria for DEMS, BEMS, MDEH Courses.
Candidates who have passed Class XII with at least 50% aggregate marks fulfil MHSRC eligibility criteria for DEMS, BEMS course admissions. Candidates who possess a DEMS, BEMS are eligible to apply for BEMS, MDEH courses respectively offered at the council.
Note: Aspirants are advised to go through the eligibility criteria as mentioned by MEHP HEALTH SCIENCES & RESEARCH COUNCIL (MHSRC) for the course in which they wish to secure admission.
Procedure for Admission:
Go through www.mhsrc.org.in while selecting your programmes.
After selecting programmes get with admission form that student need to mail on the mentioned addresses.
Attach all the require documents including mark sheets, past academic records, birth proof, residence proof all other needed documents.
Besides these; students need to submit six stamp size photographs along with demand draft or NEFT, IMPS of first instalment of fees. In case of any confusion or further enquiry; student can visit to our office and meet to the education counsellor for the same.
